Ryan S. Curran, CPA, JD

Ryan Curran began his career in public accounting in 2007 while completing his undergraduate education. After gaining experience at several highly regarded regional public accounting firms in the New York and New Jersey area, he founded Curran & Company LLP, a CPA firm with offices in Newark and Flemington, in 2012.

Ryan is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York and New Jersey and an attorney authorized to practice in New Jersey. He practices law through the Curran Law Firm, which is separate from Curran & Company LLP.

As an entrepreneur, Ryan brings practical insight to clients on a wide range of tax and business matters, and his experience in personal financial management and individual taxation lets him give sound guidance to individual clients.

Experience includes

• Tax planning and compliance for closely held businesses and individuals
• Resolution of federal and state tax issues, including sales and income tax audits, offers in compromise, installment agreements and penalty abatement
• The financial side of buying and selling real estate and business interests, fundraising and financial projections
